Through the form on the contact page: your name as you wrote it, a contact for the reply (Telegram or e-mail) and the message itself. Alongside it: the selected enquiry type, the service you came from (if you arrived from a service page), the consent tick, the page language, the country derived from your IP and the page the form was sent from.

The sender's IP address is recorded with the enquiry — only to tell genuine enquiries from mass mailings and to group repeats. It goes no further and is deleted together with the record.

One visitor counter runs on the site — Yandex.Metrica. It shows where visitors come from and which pages they read; its servers are located in Russia and the data does not leave the country.

Deliberately and separately: Session Replay is DISABLED in Metrica — both in the site code and in the counter settings. Session Replay records mouse movement and field input, which would send your name, contact and message text to a third party. We do not do that: no third-party service sees what you type into the form. If the set of counters changes, this section and the date at the top of the page will change.

While you fill the form in, what you typed stays in your browser and goes nowhere. If delivery fails, your name, contact and message are held briefly in the tab's memory — only so they can be put back into the fields instead of making you retype them. That draft never reaches the server, it is erased the next time the contact page opens, and it disappears with the tab in any case.

An assistant runs in the bottom-right corner of the site. Everything you type into that window goes to the site server and on to GigaChat, Sber's language model, whose servers are located in Russia. GigaChat's terms allow the submitted text to be used to improve the model, so keep out of the chat anything you would not put in an open letter: bank details, passwords, other people's data.

A conversation identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so the assistant remembers earlier turns; on the server the conversation stays in memory for up to six hours. Dialogue records are written to a file on the server to check answer quality — with contacts cut out: phone numbers, e-mail addresses and Telegram handles are replaced with a marker before anything is written. The file is rotated and never outlives a few weeks.

If you leave your name and contact in the chat, they go — together with the conversation text — into the same enquiry journal as the form, and reach the operator's Telegram the same way. Sending is possible only after the consent tick, which is never pre-selected.

The only purpose is to answer your enquiry and discuss possible work. The data is not used for mailing lists and is never sold. It is not shared with third parties either — apart from the services that physically deliver the enquiry, listed below.

The enquiry is delivered to the operator's personal Telegram.

The form handler and the assistant write the enquiry to a file on the server BEFORE sending it to Telegram, so that a messenger failure cannot lose it. The record holds the name, contact, text, enquiry type, country and the sender's IP address. Records are kept until the enquiry has been dealt with and are deleted on your request — the contact for that is given below.

The site is hosted on a server in Russia; DNS is served by Cloudflare, notifications are delivered by Telegram, and the assistant's answers come from GigaChat (Sber). Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry requires, and no longer than three years.

You can withdraw consent at any time, or ask to see, correct or delete your data. An e-mail to slavich33@icloud.com or a Telegram message is enough — requests are handled within 30 days, usually much sooner.

The site sets no cookies of its own. The only third-party cookies come from Yandex.Metrica — it uses them to tell a returning visit from a new one and count visitors.

Separately, your light or dark theme choice stays in the browser local storage. It is only used for appearance, lives on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

The form draft from section 02 and the assistant's conversation identifier from section 03 are the only other things the site puts in your browser. The draft lives until you close the tab; the identifier stays until you clear the site data in your browser.
