Consent to personal data processing
This is the text of the consent you give with the checkbox under the contact form or in the assistant's window. Russian law requires consent to be set out separately from other documents (Art. 9(1)), so it has a page of its own. The article numbers in brackets refer to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
01 Who you give consent to
The operator is Vyacheslav Svyatoslavovich Chukhaldin, self-employed (professional income tax regime), Kaliningrad, Russia.

02 How you give it
Under the form on the contact page there is a separate checkbox labelled “I consent to the processing of my personal data”. The same checkbox appears in the assistant's window when you leave your name and contact. It is never ticked in advance, and the request can't be sent without it.
By ticking it, you confirm that you have read this text and give your consent freely, of your own will and in your own interest (Art. 9(1)).
Together with the request, the server records that the consent box was ticked, the time of sending and your IP address. This record lets me show that consent was given (Art. 9(3)).
03 What for
To answer your request and discuss possible work together. The data is never used for marketing emails or sold to anyone.
04 Which data
The consent covers:
- your name as you entered it;
- a contact for my reply: Telegram, email or phone;
- the text of your message from the form;
- if you leave a contact in the assistant's window, the text of your conversation with it and the conversation ID;
- technical details: the request type you chose, the service you were interested in (if you came from a service page), the page language, the record of your consent, the time of sending and your IP address.
Please don't send bank details, passwords, health information or other people's data through the form or the chat: I don't need them to answer your request.
05 What I do with it
The consent allows these actions with the data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer to the recipients in section 06, blocking, deletion and destruction (Art. 3(3)).
Processing is partly automated. A request is automatically written to the log on the site's server in Russia (Art. 18(5)) and then forwarded to my Telegram. I read the requests and answer them myself.
06 Who else receives the data
Apart from the site's server, the data reaches these services:
- Telegram receives a copy of the request: from the form, everything except the IP address; from the assistant's window, your name, contact and the last lines of the conversation. Telegram is based abroad and its servers are outside Russia, so this counts as a cross-border transfer of data (Art. 12). The consent covers this transfer too.
- GigaChat (Sber) receives the text of your conversation with the assistant to prepare an answer. Its servers are in Russia. GigaChat's terms allow the text it receives to be used to improve the model.
- iCloud Mail (an Apple service) carries our correspondence if you gave an email address for my reply. My address is slavich33@icloud.com.
Nobody else receives the data.
07 How long the consent lasts
While the data is needed to handle your request, and for no more than three years. If the conversation has ended and no work has started, I delete the data within 30 days (Art. 21(4)).
08 How to withdraw consent
Email slavich33@icloud.com, message me on Telegram, or use the form on the contact page. It's free.
Once you withdraw consent, I will stop processing the data and delete it within 30 days (Art. 21(5)).
If we already work under a contract, I will keep the data needed to perform it even after you withdraw consent, as the law allows (Art. 9(2)).
